Hi, my name is Sochima A and I have been a home carer for the past 19 years. Over the years, I have provided care to individuals who require different levels of support. Whether my clients need someone to assist with daily personal care routines, companionship or support with medical conditions such as Parkinson's disease and anxiety, I am always there to offer my services.
My motivation for being a carer is to help individuals lead independent lives. I strongly believe that everyone deserves to live with dignity and respect irrespective of their age or health condition. As a compassionate and friendly person, I derive joy in seeing my clients happy and comfortable. My ultimate goal is to promote the wellbeing of my clients by providing quality care services.
Apart from my caring attributes, I am also skilled in a range of personal care services including bathing, toileting, catheter care, and assistance with dressing. In my free time, I enjoy hobbies such as painting, walking, dancing, card games, and puzzles. I am also okay with pets such as fish, rabbits, birds, lizards, and turtles.
